Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) head, Mr. Dean Hachamovitch planned to use the occasion of MIX conference which was to be held in April 2011 in order to showcase the technology giant’s new web browser to the world, i.e., IE 10. It served him as a platform to unveil the platform preview of IE 10. He informed the press covering his interview that the preview reports would be published after about 8-12 weeks.
Finally, after completing around 11 weeks, platform preview of IE 10 arrived that had some of the most updated software for various web based jobs. For instance, the new IE 10 packs in web applications that include File Reader, Drag-drop, and the likes. Through the Drag-drop application, users can drag stuffs present in the web pages.
Consumers can expect to look for a demo by the magnetic fridge poetry available on the new IE 10 website and so, they can try out the application on their own. Apart from that, application users can pull-in files into the windows browser in order to upload them. Moreover, they can upload the files by keeping it at the background as well.
Another great feature that has been included into the IE 10 is the file access capability of the new developed browser. Moreover, IE 10 is possibly the first browser that will support CSS3 Positioned Floats. This has been jointly developed by both Microsoft and W3C.
