The 2019 Ford Ka launched in Brazil gives us a good preview of what to expect from the upcoming Figo facelift
Just last month, the facelifted version of the Ford Figo sedan broke cover giving us a glimpse of how the India-spec Aspire could be like. Now, the American carmaker has launched the 2019 Ka in the Brazilian market. The Figo hatch sold in India is essentially a rebadged version of the Ka. Ford is expected to bring in the 2018 Figo facelift to India towards the end of the year.
In terms of design, the 2019 Ka is more or less similar to the model it replaces. The facelifted model gets a new honeycomb grille and redesigned bumpers. The circular fog lamps have a c-shaped accents and this makes it look like the Freestyle that the company brought in earlier this year. Aside from all these changes, the taillights and the alloy wheels will be new as well. The interior of the Figo facelift has been updated too. Just like the EcoSport and the Freestyle, the new Figo will also come with a large 6.5-inch touchscreen unit with Ford’s new SYNC3 technology. That aside, the cabin will be identical to the one on the Freestyle.
