There are many things that we look for when we join the company. The salary factors, location, area, industry, all are the tangible parts of the job joining process. The intangible parts are employees and atmosphere. We cannot know them without joining the company. They come as surprise factors. If they are good, one can survive, if not then one has to compulsorily survive amongst them.
Below mentioned are 7 types of co-workers we have to survive with:
- Proudy people:
These are the types who have problem with everyone. They only talk with few people and rest; they think are below their standards. They do not mix up well and never try to understand other people’s POV. They think they are the only people existing in the world.
- Blind followers:
These are the people who created the concept of Boss is always right. They blindly follow what has been told without thinking. These are the people who are called boss’s pet and new ideas and concepts are hid from them. They also tell all the gossips to their boss and people prefer to stay away from there.
- Friendly innocents:
These are the sweet people. One can get along with them easily. They are always there for help you and make you feel comfortable. Also, they are the first ones to assist you during mistakes and accidents. These are the kind of people we need more. And if these kind of people are seniors, then juniors are the luckiest people on the earth.
- Back bitchers
These are people who are masters of making fun. They are talented bunch of people who have talent of making fun, taunting, wasting time. One has to stay careful around them or they will back bitch and ruin the ambience of the workplace. They also gossip about people. Whatever happened they are first ones to know.
- Professional Smartypants:
This bunch is the best amongst all. They are creative, down to earth, helping, strict but good for those who like to learn and improve. They explain their point of view, keeping in mind of, others too. They are strictly professional but kind. They help one in growing and developing. They teach as well as learn. One should always try to be in this category.
These are few kinds of co-workers out of many. There are flirts, dumb group, show-offs, never serious, unprofessional, etc. So what category do you put yourself and your co-workers into?
